- Provide end-to-end renewal overconsumption support; maintain knowledge of entitlement metrics, contract entitlement specifics and the SAP product portfolio, and support the field on transactional steps related to overconsumption lead execution. ¿ Leverage internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally. ¿ Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions. ¿ Understand and support methods to support the field and the customer in understanding usage entitlements. ¿ Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.
