Dentro del departamento de Back Office, realizarás las siguientes funciones: - Gestión de incidencias, recogidas y abonos de facturas de recambios - Gestión de devoluciones y transporte de recambios - Gestión de cambios de máquinas y recogidas - Justificación de recambios en garantía. - Elaboración de reporting de recambios defectuosos - Soporte administrativo a los técnicos postventa Requisitos del puesto: - Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones administrativas, preferentemente en departamentos de servicios/postventa. - Bilingüe castellano y catalán - Persona acostumbrada al trato con clientes vía telefónica - Orientación al cliente - Valorable CFGM/CFGS en administración o similar. Formación: Bachillerato
