Customer Service Native Dutch

In the reservations department you will perform the following tasks: Customer service to resolve guest queries by telephone or email. Provide accurate information about the resort's facilities, activities and services. Assist guests in booking accommodation, meals and leisure activities. Requisitos del puesto: What we need from you: Fluency in Dutch and English is a must. Previous customer service experience would be an asset, preferably in a hospitality or tourism environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving skills and proactive approach to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, reservation systems). We offer contracts of 30hs, 35hs and 39hs per week. Salary: 22K + 2K Bonus.
