Monitorización y reporte de incidencias de entrega a la plataforma. Coordinación de la ejecución en implantaciones EDI para mejorar la eficiencia operativa. Requisitos del puesto: Experiencia previa en Customer Service, preferiblemente en entornos B2B. Conocimientos de SAP, EDI y Tiqueting serán valorados positivamente. Disponibilidad para un contrato temporal. Habilidades informáticas sólidas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Capacidad analítica y organizativa para gestionar tareas diarias de manera eficiente. Formación: Grado
