Dutch Inbound Sales agent

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join one of our client companies located in 22@ in Poblenou, Barcelona. You will provide telephone customer service to clients interested in making a reservation, with the aim of selling them accommodation and additional services according to their profile. You will investigate the needs and expectations of the client to argue and encourage purchases. You will offer ancillary services alongside the chosen accommodation to help achieve sales targets (catering, ski services, insurance, wellness, etc.). Requisitos del puesto: What we need from you At least 1 year of successful start-up sales experience. You are articulate, adaptable, stress resistant and have good oral communication skills. You have strong commercial skills and a positive attitude. You are dynamic and a team player. You enjoy challenges. Your Dutch is native. Formación: Bachillerato Idiomas: Holandés : C1 Conocimientos: comercial ventas Tus beneficios: We offer: 39 hours a week from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm. Monday to Friday rotating schedule. Weekends: Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and Sundays from 10am to 5pm, one weekend per month. Contract: Fixed-term contract of 6 months renewable, with the possibility of an indefinite contract. Salary: 22.9K + 2K Bonus.
