Process customer service requests, review cases, and work orders. Invoice service orders and facilitate parts requests. Dispatch technician and manage equipment onboarding. Maintain CRM data integrity and support commercial team. Manage service contracts and inventory. Assist with spare parts ordering and returns. Support demo management and quality audits. Ensure compliance with company policies. Requisitos del puesto: Fluent in Spanish and English (high level of Italian preferred) Previous experiencie in Healthcare / Pharma / Hospital System. Proficient in MS Office, SAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with excellent teamwork abilities. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. Formación: Sin estudios : Otros Idiomas: Inglés : C2 , Italiano : C1 Conocimientos: sap Experiencia: 2 años Tus beneficios: 1 year temporary contract with possibilities of incorporation. Ticket restaurant. One day per week remote.
