Human Resources Intern

Some of the tasks would be: ¿ Analysis of data and preparation of reports which will support the decision making process ¿ Coordination/Administration of the Learning & Development Offer (liaising with the learning support team in Cracow and with external providers to organize trainings, administer & analyze evaluation surveys, preparing purchasing orders, etc.) ¿ Prepare relevant communications to employees ¿ Coordination / administration of the mentoring program ¿ Support in the implementation/execution of relevant projects/processes like Individual Development Plan or Career Stories. Who we¿re looking for ¿ College /University Degree (preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar related to Human Resources) ¿ Spanish (C2) & English (C1).
