As a Process Analyst in the IFF GSS Team you will support all the phases of Process Mining projects, from concept to implementation. Your key areas of responsibility will include: *Supporting end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various processes *Applying data-driven approach for business transformation *Revealing process inefficiencies & bottlenecks and turning those insights into actions *Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards and process execution instruments *Use state-of-the-art process analytics and transformation technologies. Requisitos del puesto: -Graduate in Computer Science or Business -Experience with data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization -Proficiency in Excel and Power Point -pOWER BI basic -Basic computer programming skills (SQL) -Strong analytical skills -Willingness to upskill in Process Mining -Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a big plus -Strong communication skills: ability to explain solutions in person and in writing.
