Product Lead - Procurement

Your role will involve aligning product initiatives and tactics within your area to relevant business objectives, fostering collaboration within and where necessary across teams, to ensure your products evolve efficiently & effectively and deliver the business benefits for customers within the IAG group. IAG.ai is a new function within IAG, and requires someone who is comfortable in both a `start up¿ culture and a FTSE100 organisation, at a fast pace, and comfortable with ambiguity, and leading through pivot/persevere environment to identify and deliver value. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona, with 3 days a week in the office required. The role will need to be able to travel to London for project meeting as the business requires. Purpose of the role As a Product Lead, you will be an integral member of our Agile Team, acting as the primary voice of the customer. Your role is pivotal in liaising with Product Management and various stakeholders, including fellow Product Leads, to ensure that the team's direction is aligned with the broader organisational goals and customer needs. With a keen understanding of both the conceptual and technical aspects of product features, you will be entrusted with the vital task of defining Stories and meticulously prioritising the Team Backlog. Your contribution as a Product Lead extends beyond backlog management. You play a crucial role in amplifying the value generated by the team(s). By ensuring that the Stories are not only well- defined but also resonate with the users' requirements, you guarantee that they adhere to the Definition of Done. Your focus remains unwavering on delivering quality and value, ensuring that each feature or component developed is both functional and in line with the users' expectations. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence make you a cornerstone in the product development process, driving both innovation and user satisfaction. Requisitos del puesto: ¿ Prepare for Program Increment (PI) planning events, update the team(s) backlog and contribute to the programme vision, roadmap, and content presentations ¿ Support program backlog refinement and prep for Program Increment (PI) planning and plays a significant role in the planning event itself ¿ Support story definition, providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing ¿ Determine their team Program Increment objectives together with the entire Agile team(s) ¿ Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog, with input from System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders ¿ Prioritise and reprioritise the backlog items based on user value, time, and other team dependencies determined in the PI planning event and refined during the PI ¿ Communicate user story detail and priorities and ensures the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan ¿ Collaborate with the product team(s) to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form of acceptance tests (Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)) ¿ Validate that user stories meets acceptance criteria, ensuring that it complies with the Definition of Done (DoD) ¿ Understand the scope of upcoming enabler work and collaborate with Solutio Formación: Ingeniero Técnico Conocimientos: agile , procurement , LEAD , STAKEHOLDERS Experiencia: 5 años Tus beneficios: ¿A qué esperas para formar parte de nuestro gran equipo Randstad Technologies?, aquí encontrarás motivos para ello: PLAN DE FORMACIÓN CONTINUA, plan de formación anual, acceso a plataforma elearning de formación técnica, plataforma de formación en habilidades...
