Product Owner Data Lakehouse Integration

The role of the Product Owner is to manage integration (ingestion/process/sharing) of data sources to ensure global consistency in the Data Lakehouse management and sharing across Global and Local platforms: -Team management: *Manage/follow the team budget (project and support) *Follow capacity planning (project use vs team capacity) *Long term resource planning *Team collaboration *Team communication *Initiate improvement actions within team -Data Lakehouse strategy and vision: *Define overall Data Lakehouse product objective and vision *Data Lakehouse team strategy *Data Lakehouse governance strategy -Cross squad animation *Roadmaps alignment across squads - global directions - Scope, Priorities, Global planning *Redistribution of topics/work across squad *Squads planning and review -Manage relation with stakeholders/customers (global + local): *Manage stakeholder map *Communication with stakeholders and creating working partnership *Collect/understand requirements and manage expectations *Propagate overall Data Lakehouse goals and vision to stakeholders *Share roadmap with stakeholders and collaborate on it *Quarterly Data Lakehouse review with stakeholders -Data Lakehouse Product promotion and marketing: *Propagate overall OneHouse goals and vision *Communicate on squads¿ achievements /value provided *Communicate on roadmap *Data Lakehouse Awareness/promotion across company -Data Lakehouse Improvement actions: *Unify squads (plan, knowledge sharing, collaboration¿.) *Cross squad continuous improvements cycle (based on retro, demo, lessons learned, postmortem¿.) -Data Lakehouse Support model & platform stability *Data Lakehouse support organization *Set accountability mindset *Support escalation Requisitos del puesto: Must have: -Master's Degree in Computer Science, and/or Engineering, and/or Statistics, and/or Information Technology, and/or Information Systems with 7+ year of experience IT&Data -Knowledge on data architecture, modeling, governance, and security -Good understanding of data warehousing and data lake concepts -Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements -Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders -Strong analytical skills, able to analyze data and make data-driven decisions -Ability to motivate the team and create a positive work environment -Ability to resolve conflicts and able to provide guidance and support to the team -Autonomy, initiative, and critical mind -Ability to work in an international environment -Languages - Communicative level of English language is required Nice to have: -Experience working in Agile teams -Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and able to manage the product backlog effectively -Experience with task/bug tracking software (JIRA) -Experience or education in Azure Cloud, Databricks and Snowflake -Experience with CPG industry Formación: Grado : Grado en Informática y Servicios Idiomas: Inglés : B2 Conocimientos: data Experiencia: 5 años Tus beneficios: - Hybrid work model (3 days/week home office, 2 days/week office) - Flexible schedule (split working day from Monday to Thursday, Friday intensive) and fresh working (July and August) - Competitive and appealing salary and bonus - Career development with wide access to professional development tools; trainings - Social benefits in the health field (health insurance, gymnasium, physiotherapy), social benefits (occupational pension plan, life insurance), family assistance (school assistance, study assistance for family members, assistance for disabled family members)
