Sap Functional Consultant

The Solution Engineer (SAP) is responsible for customizing Budenheim¿s SAP solutions to meet the specific requirements. By actively participating in projects, this position ensures the efficient and effective integration of SAP systems to support business objectives. Reporting to the respective Team Lead in the department of Business Solutions, the Solution Engineer is a key contributor to the continuous improvement and innovation of Budenheim¿s digitalization in the operations area. - Operations o Design, configure and implement SAP solutions following best practices o Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users o Customize SAP and conduct developments to enhance functionality and optimize processes o Ensuring seamless integration of SAP modules with other business systems and applications - Change Management o Maintaining comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations and project- related activities o Developing and executing test plans to validate SAP configurations and customizations o Conducting unit testing, system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements - Process Improvement o Proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within SAP portfolio o Working closely with Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications as prerequisite for subsequent SAP-based customizations and configuration(s). - Project Management o Engaging in projects focused on building and integrating processes within the SAP environment o Collaborating with project teams to ensure SAP solutions are aligned with project goals and timelines Requisitos del puesto: Experience in SAP projects, certifications in relevant SAP modules, ability to write ABAP code.
