Talent Acquisition Specialist

LOCATION Solarpack needs to incorporate a Talent Acquisition Specialist in its People Area located in the Madrid Office. MISSION Reporting to the person in charge of the Area, your mission will be to recruit, develop and retain the best team of professionals required at all times to meet the strategic objectives of the company, ensuring that they identify with the culture and are committed to the Solarpack project. RESPONSABILITIES Recruit, manage, and retain talent. Publish job offers on job portals and on the Solarpack website. Screen CVs and contact candidates. Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews. Check candidates' references. Contribute to the onboarding plan for new employees. Manage training resources through Fundae. Support in the planning, development, and execution of the company's annual training plan. Detection and contact with training providers to ensure that the Company's requirements can be met and to encourage motivation and involvement. Support in the development of employee development policies, career, succession, and talent plans. Support the Area Manager. Requisitos del puesto: REQUERIMENTS Degree in psychology, law, labor sciences or labor relations. Master's degree in HR desirable. Advanced spoken and written English. Advanced knowledge of office tools. Understanding of the business to be able to adapt HR policies and tools to the needs of the Company. Experience Demonstrable experience of at least 2-3 years as an HR Generalist with experience in a talent acquisition role and knowledge of general HR policies and procedures, preferably in a multinational company. Experience in the renewable sector. Proficiency in professional networks (LinkedIn, Infojobs, etc). Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
