Support the outsource provider in the execution of the daily and month end closing activities as per the procedures in place. Ensure an accurate financial information and adequate reporting to stakeholders (Business and Function Directors and Analysts) Report and monitor the performance of the outsource service providers. Responsible with the analysis of any deviations observed or at request of Stakeholders. Drive investigations of any abnormal activity and ensure the appropriate resolution or remediation actions. Support any existing or upcoming projects and the continuous maintenance of the policies or procedures in this specific area. Perform the second level review of accounts reconciliations and manual journal entries. Participate and lead improvement initiatives with the aim to increase the quality and efficiency of the processes and minimize the financial impact of the recurrent errors. Work collaboratively with the accounting leaders within the team, as well as with the outsource partner or stakeholders to enhance the accounting process and internal controls. Participate and support internal and external audits. Requisitos del puesto: Bachelor¿s degree in business or accounting Accounting experience Experience with SAP, Oracle or another large-scale ERP Proficiency in English, written and spoken. Ability to establish and manage processes and related internal controls. Experience with Excel Ability to manage teams working in various locations / remotely. Familiarity with an outsourced service provider environment and managing service level agreements and related compliance monitoring. Ability to initiate and drive continuous improvements. Experience working across various jurisdictions (multistate and/or multinational) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Formación: Licenciado
