Global Capability Partner

Working closely with the Global Capability Lead, your role as a Learning and Development Specialist (AI and Generative AI) will focus on designing and delivering an innovative enterprise-wide generative AI upskilling program that will touch 5,000 to 10,000 employees at all levels in 2024. You will ensure our enterprise upskilling offerings can be adopted by the business at scale and at speed. You will play a vital role in increasing awareness, creating immersion experiences to invite the workforce to make sense of generative AI and its related topics, running practical hands-on sessions to upskill our workforce with skills, knowledge, and practical methods. This program will target colleagues who are not data or AI specialists. Requisitos del puesto: This is a non-technical and human-centric role, which requires a high level of design thinking, communication, marketing, engagement, community building, storytelling, collaboration and learning and development skills to bring the generative AI topic to life with a strong business focus. This role is extremely fast paced and agile. You will need to be able to: - Flex, adapt and adjust quickly as internal generative AI adoption and learning evolves. - Have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously as well as maintain order and discipline in a fast-changing context. Enable rapid knowledge transfer such as by mobilising best practices to upskill content, tools, methods, and approaches created from one business area and quickly transfer and embed into another upskilling program for a totally different business area. - Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. This include creating multi-media infographics, communication and learning assets (in particular, case studies, generative AI practical use cases which demonstrate value) at speed that can be scaled across the enterprise. - Have experience using a wide range of collaboration tools (e.g., MIRO, whiteboard, Slido, breakout rooms) and adopt best practices to engage with large audience online. - Work with colleagues with different cultural backgrounds and be comfortable working with stakeholders at all seniority levels. - Responsible for building a global champions network. - Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, e.g., AI tooling team, AI governance, L&D, corporate communications, leadership development, HR. - Have strong information management skills (e.g., managing documents and content to ensure high re-use and discoverability) using SharePoint, OneDrive, Degreed/Xyleme, and Smartsheet. - Have knowledge sharing skills (e.g., facilitating lessons learned capturing, peer-to- peer learning, community management, facilitating sense making workshops, creating videos). - Have a digital mindset - be curious and savvy about generative AI, plus have a passion for continuous learning. - Adopt a lean way of working that is efficient and focused on value/impact creation and creating experiences for people.
