Developer - Development of applications & IT solutions which are aiming to automatize processes currently done either manually or in simple Excel / Word, etc documents within the Microsoft 365 environment. Act as a consultant based on the processes we need to automatize; we expect your advice and recommendations to build solid and simple IT solutions. In coordination with the HR Operations leader, you will help to prioritize those new IT solutions based on effort, costs, priorities and outputs. Requisitos del puesto: Studies: FP (medio o superior) Desarrollo Aplicaciones Multiplataforma o Ingeniería Técnica / Grado en Informática. Proficiency in English (C1). Other languages would be considered an asset. One to three years proven relevant working experience in same position or equivalent. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills. Flexible, capable to work under highly stress environment. Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet deadlines. Proficient in a variety of software programs, including the package of Microsoft 365 and how to automate processes across those Microsoft applications (PowerAutomate/PowerBI, among others) Additional IT knowledge around Workday and ServiceNow will be an important asset.
