- Work with existing IT Management and vendors to provide support for the ERP platform, addressing user issues, optimizing functionality, and ensuring minimal system disruptions. - Actively participate in the scoping and decisions regarding the future migration to a new ERP platform. - Collaborate with the business to provide reports and deliver solutions to meet their needs. - Assist the SDS IT and BT Shared Services team with IT projects related to Torelló. - Provide technical support to end users as needed with the assistance of the Business Technology Shared Services experts Requisitos del puesto: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology in an industrial environment. - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - A good level of English at a conversational level is essential to talk to other colleagues in IT departments globally. - Knowledge of data extraction tools and SQL for querying databases. - General knowledge Windows (Active Directory, Office, ¿) and IT environment (infrastructure, backup, AV, IT security) - AS400/DB2 - Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. - Ability to create and maintain reports using relevant tools. - Attention to detail and curiosity. - Professional and technical English and Spanish proficiency for daily international communication. - Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
