Transport planning: Creates and executes a transport planning o including both standard flows as well as rush transports o taking into account costs, product availability and restrictions within the network o in collaboration with CC, carriers and FC quality department. Acts as a responsible trouble shooter in case of operational challenges Processes all administrative and system flows linked to transport planning (booking, ¿clean desk¿, invoice proposal & approval, master data) and RTI Inventory control: Monitors inventory levels within the warehouse network considering the different variables (demand, capacity, transport restrictions, ¿) o EDI follow-up (including iDocs) o Manual follow-up (comparison of stock reports) Plans stock transfers (replenishment) in collaboration with SNP Follows up the stock integrity (age, FEFO, stock discrepancies) Other tasks: Takes part in the follow-up of internal and external complaints (notifications) Participates in improvement projects linked to the customer (Route2Market), the LSP-ers (Logistic Service Provider), carriers and internal warehouses Participates in multidisciplinary project teams within CSC NL Performs transport and logistics related analyses Creates the required transport documentation including certificates Organizes the co-packing stream with two locations Requisitos del puesto: - University Degree - 3 years of professional experience in this or similar roles - Advanced English - SAP Formación: Grado
