Your responsibilities: Reporting Analysis of the company´s performance, market and business trends Preparation of quarterly financial reporting materials including results presentations and other related materials Contribution to the Annual Integrated Report Staying abreast of regulatory requirements for financial reporting and disclosure to ensure compliance Preparation of other investor relations presentations for investor conferences, investor days, etc. Market and competitive analysis: Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports on the company's financial and share price performance, industry benchmarks, investor perceptions and market trends Conduct research on industry peers and competitors to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement Communication with analysts: Digest and review equity research on Fluidra and the wider sector Support managing analyst consensus Address inquiries and requests from investors and analysts promptly and professionally Investor Meetings and Events: Assist in the planning and execution of investor relations events, including annual meetings and keeping record of meetings Participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging Requisitos del puesto: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus. Proven experience 3-4 years in investor relations, M&A advisory, investment banking or a related field. Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
