The Inbound Administrative Employee is part of the Goods Receipt department and reports directly to the Warehouse Team Leader. The primary focus is to ensure that goods can be stored correctly in the warehouse and to take corrective measures where necessary. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Order- and Article Processing Checking the received documents and quantities for imperfections and deviations. Querying in case of doubt and completing/correcting the incorrect and missing data. Identifying and checking for defects and imperfections in the goods received. Providing input for the supplier performance measurement. Reporting deviations to the Supply Chain- and Finance departments for the purpose of adjusting (current) orders and invoicing. Replacing colleagues in their absence and assisting them in their work as required. 2. Administration Completing and correcting missing product or delivery data in SAP to ensure that the inspectors on the shop floor can continue working without interruption and to ensure a seamless workflow. Archiving documents for the Incoming Goods flow. Completing and maintaining various accompanying checklists. Requisitos del puesto: Professional and intellectual ability at secondary vocational education (MBO) level, based on MBO training supplemented by approx. 3 years of relevant work experience. A good command of English (both verbal and written) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Horario rotativo de mañana ó tarde; de lunes a sábado, siendo festivo el domingo + 1 día entre semana.
