The Stock Control Employee is part of the Stock Control department and reports directly to the Stock Control Team Leader. The primary focus is to ensure the physical inventory matches the administrative inventory as much as possible. Stock Control Employee I 1. Stock management - Carrying out the necessary activities in the warehouse (movements, checks, indications and counts) to ensure a correct inventory. This using a hand scanner. - Writing-off of products for own company use. - Correcting (Lost & Found) stock by returning products to the pick location and if applicable rebook stock in accordance with the staging and CLI procedure. 2. Inspections - Identifying unusual and/or dangerous situations and resolving them, and (periodically) checking the stored products. - Conducting periodical and ad hoc checks on products, counting physical inventories, entering corrections in the system, detecting Lost & Found stock, justifying and reporting on findings. - Monitoring products with an expiry date, 'gone=gone' products and packaging units, and communicating the status of these products and units to the Admin (Stock Control Employee III). Stock Control Employee II 1. Inspections - Appraisal of the replenishment strategy for a product, entering the correct strategy / preferences in SAP and, where necessary, coordinate with manager. - Monitoring of products with an expiry date, `gone=gone¿, different box contents (CV2, BD2) and pallet patterns. - Execution of the daily task list; Top of Form - Acting as a point of contact in the absence of the team leader. 2. Relationship management - Ensures optimal location of all products to keep the picking process as efficient as possible. - Ensures correct storage of products to comply with laws and regulations and agreements made within the DC. 3. Administration - Defines and maintains the administration for the Logistics Master Data, keeping it up to date and optimising the administration. - Prepares, monitors and handles location changes. - Prepares and executes the weekly Promotion process in order to have the articles available in the correct place on time. Stock Management Employee III 1. Reports - Reports the trend analysis, offers suggestions for improvement and gives feedback on this. - Makes ROI calculations and post-calculations of improvement projects that have been undertaken. - Prepares reports and analyses of improvement paths that have been undertaken. Draws up and updates KPI reports for Stock Control and cross-departmental reports assigned by management to Stock Control. 2. Inspections - Performs inventory and product range checks (volumes, expiry dates, active or passive products) and monitors the cyclical inventory of product stocks. - Monitors the Family Grouping. - Coordination and control of the daily task list; 3. Ongoing improvements - Analyses operational processes and initiates proposals for improvement. - Actively identifies deviations in processes and formulates solutions and suggestions for improvement. - Discussing possible process improvements with other departments. 4. CLI - Contributing to and launching projects and implementing improvements that promote the traceability of goods throughout the Supply Chain. - Participating in departmental projects where management requests the expertise of Stock Control. - Provides solicited and unsolicited advice on identified issues that may jeopardise the traceability of goods throughout the Supply Chain. Requisitos del puesto: - Stock Control Employee I and II: Professional and intellectual ability at pre-vocational or lower vocational secondary education (LBO/VMBO) level, based on LBO/VMBO training supplemented by approx. 6 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of English and Microsoft Excel (Word, Outlook, Teams and especially Excel) - Stock Control Employee III Professional and intellectual ability at secondary vocational education or higher professional education (MBO/HBO) level, based on MBO/HBO training supplemented by approx. 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in English and Microsoft Excel (Word, Outlook, Teams and especially Excel) Formación: FP Grado Superior Idiomas: Inglés : C2 Conocimientos: Alto dominio del paquete Microsoft Office Experiencia: 1 año Tus beneficios: Contrato a jornada completa. Horario rotativo de mañana ó tarde; de lunes a sábado, siendo festivo el domingo + 1 día entre semana.
