The Mentor is part of the Order Picking department and reports directly to the Cooperating Supervisor. The primary focus is to train and ensure the quality of the logistics employees (order pickers) and provide (pro-)active support. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 1. Coaching ¿ Teaching in various tasks using the introduction programme and recording it in the introduction file to ensure a constantly high level of quality and productivity. ¿ Monitoring employees after the onboarding period. ¿ Communicating clear and correct information to (new) employees about Action¿s work, safety, company rules and standards & values. ¿ Explaining safety rules within the DC and explaining practical working methods in the DC. ¿ Addressing employees if they do not comply with rules and procedures. 2. Support ¿ Timely and correctly processing of the onboarding files, executed according to the agreed program. ¿ Collecting and preparing goods for dispatch. Requisitos del puesto: Professional and intellectual ability at secondary vocational education (MBO) level, based on LBO training supplemented by 1 year of relevant work experience.
