The Returns Administrative Employee is part of the Returns department and reports directly to the Warehouse Team Leader. The primary focus is to communicate in English with headquarters and suppliers. In addition, the Admin ensures that the returned goods are processed correctly and advises the Team Leader to take corrective measures. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 1. Stock management ¿ Correcting identified deviations. In case of doubt, querying and supplementing/correcting incorrect or missing data (or delegating this). ¿ Receiving, storing and delivering returned goods in the DC in the correct administrative manner. ¿ Keeping track of ongoing projects and identifying, reporting and resolving deviations in a timely manner. ¿ Replacing colleagues in their absence and assisting them in their work as required. 2. Administration ¿ Maintaining inventories and projects such as Supplier Returns and Seasonal Goods. ¿ Providing information to departmental management and employees, HQ and suppliers. ¿ Maintaining contact with other departments in the DC to ensure the progress of their own process. ¿ Checking for the administrative correctness of the various processes on a day-to-day basis. ¿ Making arrangements for the outgoing flow of goods and creating and archiving the associated documents. Completing and maintaining various checklists. Requisitos del puesto: Professional and intellectual ability at secondary vocational education (MBO) level, based on MBO training supplemented by approx. 3 years of relevant work experience. A good command of English (both verbal and written) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Formación: FP Grado Superior Idiomas: Inglés : C2 Conocimientos: Alto dominio del paquete Microsoft Office Experiencia: 1 año Tus beneficios: Contrato a jornada completa. Horario rotativo de mañana ó tarde; de lunes a sábado, siendo festivo el domingo + 1 día entre semana. Salario: 23000 ¿ anuales brutos Contrato temporal con posibilidad de incorporación a plantilla Formación a cargo de la empresa.
